Experience Falconry with Jonathan Marshall
Golden Eagle
Guests are met at 10 am for coffee and an introduction to the birds. We then take Harris hawks out into nearby beautiful woodland where each guest will fly their own bird for the morning. You will have the opportunity to see the hawks hunting and working together as a team.
Then we head out to the cliffs to fly breathtaking Peregrine Falcons. Guests will be shown how to swing a lure and will recieve expert tuition from one on the UK's top professional falconers.
We are often joined by wild Peregrines during the experience. You will be left spellbound by the worlds fastest creature before returning for lunch at 1pm. After lunch guests are taken to the dramatic setting of Devons highest sea cliffs to fly the King of birds, the Golden Eagle.
To have such a magnificent creature soaring above your head and returning to your glove is a truly awesome experience. You will have unique opportunities to take amazing photographs and will never forget this amazing encounter,We return for afternoon tea at 5pm.
